iMAGICATION.PRO – FAQ

As an industry professional, you can gain access to our library by applying for a free membership. We will briefly check your details and then activate your access. With a membership you can search the database, listen to music and license it individually. We will offer a subscription model at a later date when our music library has a certain size.

OVERVIEW License Terms

One Price	One Price for each Track per production. You just select the region of use.  Germany Europe World Wide
Unlimited Term	The term of the license is unlimited for the licensed production.
All Media	Usage in all media is included in the license.
All Rights	The right to synchronize and use the recordings in TV, film, advertising and documentaries is included in the license. * Exceptions apply to broadcasters that have a framework agreement with GEMA or another collecting society.

* Please note. We (composers and music publisher) are a member of the German copyright collecting society GEMA. The performance right and the production right are managed by the GEMA. Therefore, the authors and the publisher must always be named in all credits. Any possible fees to the collecting society must be paid by the person who carries out or reproduces a performance. These are not included in these syn rights.

iMAGICATION.PRO is a music licensing platform for the media and TV, film and advertising industry. On iMAGICATION.PRO you will find high-quality orchestral and hybrid music composed and produced by Christian Kutschka and published by Covesco Music Publishing

Production Music is pre-produced music for the media, film, TV and advertising industries. The works are sorted by category and keywords and can be searched for and licensed to suit your own project. Production Music is not composed and produced exclusively for one media project, but can be used several times by different license partners.

On iMAGICATION.PRO, music tracks can be licensed individually or via a subscription. Before you can search for and license music tracks, you must register for the free basic membership.

Our license model is simple and clear. One license price for one track. There is also a surcharge for the planned region used. The period of use is unlimited. German public broadcasters pay via the GEMA framework agreement. We plan to offer a subscription. This will include a certain number of licenses per subscription period.

Yes. All of our compositions and recordings are subject to German and international copyright laws. Our music and recordings may not be used without an agreement with us or the respective collecting societies. If our compositions are used in performances or broadcast, the authors and publishers must be named. When used in films, TV and advertising, a license must be purchased from us.

It does not take into account our rights in so-called synergies, such as TV, film and advertising. Here the music publishers and authors grant the licenses for the use of the works themselves. Likewise for the use of the recordings that make the compositions audible, the ancillary copyrights. Public broadcasters and production companies that produce films for these broadcasters have contracts with GEMA and GVL. Here our works can be used within the scope of the framework agreements with GEMA. Co-productions or use on other distribution and usage channels require licensing.

This can also apply abroad if collecting societies have concluded a framework agreement with broadcasters. If in doubt, ask us and send a message.
