Is the music protected by copyright?

Yes. All of our compositions and recordings are subject to German and international copyright laws.
Our music and recordings may not be used without an agreement with us or the respective collecting societies.
If our compositions are used in performances or broadcast, the authors and publishers must be named. When used in films, TV and advertising, a license must be purchased from us.
